Treano is one of the fastest-growing construction companies in Skåne and operates within building services, contracting, and project development. With approximately 200 employees and annual revenue of around one billion SEK, we continue to expand – and now we're looking for you to help develop our projects in northeastern Skåne.
As a BCP professional at Treano, you'll have a central role in projects and work closely with both the business area manager and project management. You'll be an important part of ensuring quality, structure, and sound financials throughout the entire project process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Estimation of construction projects
Managing procurement and developing procurement plans
Project planning and coordination in the early stages of projects
Collaboration with project management and business area managers
Ensuring work complies with company guidelines for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety
We're looking for someone with:
At least 3 years of experience in estimation, procurement, or project planning in construction
Post-secondary education in construction (vocational school, university, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as AB04 and ABT06
Excellent collaboration skills and sense of responsibility
An advantage would be:
