With approximately 200 employees and annual revenue of around one billion kronor, we continue to expand – and now we're looking for you to help develop our projects in northeastern Skåne.
As a KIP specialist at Treano, you'll have a central role in projects and work closely with both the business area manager and project management. You'll be an important part of ensuring quality, structure, and sound financial management throughout the project process.
Your responsibilities include:
Estimating construction projects
Managing procurement and creating procurement plans
Project planning and coordination in the early stages of projects
Collaboration with project management and business area managers
Ensuring that work complies with the company's guidelines on quality, environment, and workplace safety
We're looking for someone with:
At least 3 years of experience in estimation, procurement, or project planning in construction
Post-secondary education in construction (YH, university, or equivalent)
Good knowledge of industry agreements and regulations, such as AB04 and ABT06
Strong collaboration skills and sense of responsibility
