About the RoleAre you curious about the manufacturing industry and want to gain valuable work experience? We are now looking for someone who wants to take their first step into the manufacturing sector and become part of an engaged team in Västerås. Perhaps you are a recent graduate, early in your career, or simply curious to try something new? In the role of manufacturing associate, you will work alongside experienced colleagues in production. Your days will be varied as you learn to handle different processes, machinery, and work tasks while contributing to safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Production and assembly according to instructions Monitoring of processes and machinery Minor machinery adjustments and changeovers Quality checks and testing Documentation of completed work Routine operator maintenance Contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace Working hours vary depending on operational needs and may include day shifts or shift work. You will be employed by Adecco and work on assignment with our client. About YouWe believe you are someone who enjoys learning new things and thrives with hands-on work. You don't need extensive industry experience beforehand. What matters most is that you are engaged, responsible, and want to develop yourself. We would like to see that you: Have completed upper secondary education Have an interest in technology, production, or manufacturing Are thorough and quality-conscious Enjoy working both independently and in a team Have good computer skills Communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
