Key Account Manager at Alfing in Älmhult
Would you like to work closely with both customers and production and take on significant responsibility for some of Alfing's most important customer relationships? We are now seeking a Key Account Manager who wants to combine business, technology, and long-term relationships in a central role at Alfing.
Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for several of Alfing's key customers. You will be their primary point of contact and work to understand their operations, needs, and challenges, and together with your colleagues at Alfing find the right solutions.
The role is primarily about maintaining and developing existing customers, but also includes some new customer development.
You will, among other things:
- Manage and develop relationships with Alfing's key customers
- Work with customer inquiries, quotes, pricing, and business opportunities
- Familiarize yourself with customers' products and technical issues
- Collaborate closely with production and other parts of the organization
- Identify new opportunities with both existing and new customers
You will be based at Alfing in Älmhult and work on-site at the office. You will be part of a team of five colleagues and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience in sales and customer relations, preferably from manufacturing industry. Experience in contract manufacturing and production is a plus, and we would like to see that you have worked in Monitor, preferably Monitor G5.
To thrive in this role, we believe you are technically interested, communicative, and take initiative. You are service-oriented and enjoy building long-term relationships. Above all, you have the desire and ambition to truly understand the customer's situation. You are curious, ask questions, and drive customer matters forward.
