In this multifaceted position, you will work alongside the Chief Medical Officer to ensure disaster medicine preparedness and play a central role in continuity management and leadership together with the company's central security organization. About the Position As a Disaster Medicine Emergency Coordinator (BSO) at Tiohundra, you will be part of the company's central security and preparedness organization but will work closely with the operations at Norrtälje Hospital, with some work extending to other facilities. You will also collaborate closely with other emergency coordinators within Region Stockholm. The position involves Monday to Friday work with the possibility of some remote work. Your responsibilities will include: Initiate and coordinate Tiohundra's crisis and disaster medicine planning with a focus on Norrtälje Hospital Initiate and coordinate training activities Participate in planning exercises, such as simulations, startup exercises, and leadership exercises or exercises with casualty markers Coordinate the company's disaster medicine committee Participate in the company's crisis management and preparedness committee Participate in continuing education days, exercises, and development work Participate in quality meetings and be responsible for monitoring and documentation of agreed quality indicators Participate in Region Stockholm's forum for healthcare preparedness Participate in planning regional exercises Collaborate with the company's other emergency coordinators Participate in evaluation following special incidents About Our Offer We offer varied work with a flexible working approach and flexible workplace, as you are expected to collaborate with several different parts of our organization.
