Cashier Supervisor – Full-time (Temporary) Would you like to lead the front line in a store that aims high? We are now looking for a full-time cashier supervisor for a temporary position – a role for you who are passionate about service, structure, and leadership in everyday work. For us, the checkout is more than a payment station. It is the hub of the customer experience – where the overall impression lands and where the pace, energy, and service set the tone for the entire store. About the Role As a cashier supervisor, you have operational responsibility for the checkout line and ensure that work flows efficiently, professionally, and with high service standards. You are responsible for: • Leading and distributing daily work at the checkout • Ensuring efficient payment flows and high quality in checkout operations • Coaching and supporting employees in customer service and work methods • Following up on routines, structure, and staffing • Actively working toward the store's goals, vision, and quality standards You are present in operations and lead by being a role model in every customer interaction. As part of your shifts, you will also work as an entrance host, where you ensure that every customer receives a welcoming and positive start to their visit – through presence, clarity, and professional service. Working Hours Full-time Varying working hours throughout the store's opening hours Both weekends and weekdays. Temporary position until 31/8-2027 with good opportunities to develop further within the organization. Who Are We Looking For?
