Arcus is now seeking a driven and engaged career consultant for the Rusta & Matcha position! As a Career Consultant, you will meet daily with people who have been job seeking for an extended period and need your support to find their place in the job market again. To succeed in the role of Career Consultant, you should: - Have a possibility-oriented approach - Be trustworthy and have the ability to create good relationships with both participants and employers - Have good service sense and listening skills that come naturally to you, and you are accustomed to having frequent contact with other people - Be passionate about participants succeeding in finding work or studies - Be able to apply Arcus methods and working approaches to create results and ensure contract compliance You will work with people both individually and in groups through individual conversations, workshops, interview training, and company visits. Company contacts are an important part of the job matching process, which means we are looking for someone who can develop a network and has great ability to create and maintain company and customer contacts. Formal Qualifications Option 1 Education: University education with at least 180 credit points. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Part-time can also be accepted if the total work time equals full-time over two years. Option 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least satisfactory results. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: - Management with personnel responsibility - Recruitment - Career transition work for job seekers - Study and career guidance - Personnel matters handling (not only personnel administration) - Work with employment and labor market issues - Work with social and group psychology - Career guidance Our organization is characterized by sound values and good understanding of the person behind the work.
