Arcus is now seeking a driven and committed career consultant for the Rusta & Matcha position! As a Career Consultant, you will daily meet people who have been job seekers for an extended period and need your support to find their place in the labor market again. To succeed in the role of career consultant, you should: - Have an opportunity-oriented mindset - Be trustworthy and have the ability to build good relationships with both participants and employers - Have a strong service orientation and attentiveness that comes naturally to you, and you are accustomed to frequent contact with other people - Be passionate about helping participants succeed in finding employment or pursuing studies - Be able to apply Arcus methods and working approaches to create results and ensure contract compliance You will work with people both individually and in groups through individual conversations, workshops, interview training, and company visits. Business contacts are an important part of matching people to employment, which means we are looking for someone who can develop a network and has a strong ability to create and maintain business and client relationships. Formal Qualifications Option 1 Education: University degree of at least 180 credits. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Part-time work can also be accepted if the total hours equal full-time work over two years. Option 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following occupations or roles: - Management with personnel responsibility - Recruitment - Career transition work for job seekers - Study and career guidance - Personnel administration (not solely administrative tasks) - Work with labor market and employment issues - Work with social and group psychology - Career counseling Our organization is characterized by sound values and a good understanding of the person behind the work.
