Hello! We need your help! Our business is growing and we're looking for a career coach with experience who wants to make a difference for people seeking new jobs and opportunities. We are now hiring a career coach who will initially be based at our Trelleborg office. The initial employment rate is 50%. Work hours have not been determined yet but will be based on the office's opening hours, which are either 08:30 – 12:30 or 12:30-16:30. We aim to start as soon as possible, but we're committed to finding the right person. The position needs to be flexible to potentially expand to a higher employment rate and possibly include work at our Malmö office. You have experience, preferably in networking and coaching, are self-driven and like to roll up your sleeves. You also know how to balance professionalism with a friendly tone, preferably with a twinkle in your eye. Here are some requirements, and I need to be a bit serious now. You MUST have one of the following: A higher education degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in combination with work experience: At least two years equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the combined working hours equal full-time over two years. OR At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, in combination with work experience of at least three years equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not just personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance. Beyond that, you enjoy working with people and know what "service-minded" means (Spoiler: it's about actually caring for real). What you will do with us: Help people find the right job and develop, both personally and professionally. Match participants with employers (and if possible, do it with a smile). Contribute to building our operations within Rusta and Matcha, which means you should be flexible with some new tasks outside the traditional career coaching role.
