In the role of consultant, you will step in and support units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leaves and parental leaves that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operations system. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we will agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who decides what you are interested in.
