Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it could be that they have difficulty recruiting, have temporary peaks in cases, or have sick leaves and parental leaves that require temporary staff. We have social worker assignments throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in this way give themselves a better chance of employment, both short-term and long-term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all aspects before we send a presentation of you to our client – it's always you who decides what you're interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
