We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience exercising public authority within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or financial assistance. In the role of consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for existing staff and for clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruiting, temporary spikes in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves greater chances for employment, both short-term and long-term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile of you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consultant work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, for example your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think that sounds like an interesting assignment, we'll agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just as usual.
