We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or economic assistance. In the role of a consultant, you will come in and provide relief to units that are in great need of extra help, making a real difference for both the existing staff and the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could involve recruitment challenges, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave situations that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker positions throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging job market, many people also temporarily work as consultants while searching for permanent positions – thereby giving themselves greater chances of employment, both in the short and long term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in public administration
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Valid driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operations system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting work functions. We will also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate.
We then use this profile to match you with and propose relevant assignments that suit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who decides what you are interested in.
