We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consulting assignments throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in, for example, children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or financial assistance. In the role of consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this could be about having difficulty recruiting, having temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they are looking for permanent positions – and in doing so, they give themselves a better chance at employment, both in the short and long term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in public administration
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operations system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate.
We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all aspects before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
