How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operations system. We start with an initial phone call where we get to know more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that suit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual.
