How It Works The first step to working as a consultant with us is that we create a profile for you in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need several documents from you to set up a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before presenting you to our client—it's always your choice what you're interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
