Colonel Oskars Kalpaks Professional Secondary School is a state-established educational institution under the Ministry of Defence, whose main task is to implement professional education programs. Main responsibilities: conduct training classes in accordance with the first and second level soldier basic training course level, according to class schedules and curricula; assist first and second year supervisors, as well as instructors in the implementation of the educational process; ensure preparation of materials and documentation necessary for training; assess and analyze students' acquired knowledge and skills, ensure information entry in the school management system "E-klase"; develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process; provide individual support to students in accordance with their abilities and needs; link the theoretical and practical parts of the learning process; supervise order in training facilities and ensure cleanliness and tidiness in them. Requirements for candidates: middle professional education and desired partial studies related to pedagogy in the amount of at least two credits or at least 72 hours; completed Junior Instructor course; experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the military field; we will appreciate understanding of the defense sector; ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with Microsoft Office programs; previous work experience with DVS Namejs and the school management system "E-klase" will be considered an advantage; state language knowledge at the highest level; valid digital signature.
