About the Company We are now recruiting an edge press operator for a well-renowned industrial company with one of Northern Europe's most advanced automation facilities for sheet metal processing. Your Responsibilities As an edge press operator, you will work with sheet metal processing in a modern and automated production facility. The work is varied and involves responsibility for processing sheet metal according to drawings and ensuring high quality throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Edge pressing and processing of sheet metal. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Quality control of finished parts. Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning production flow. Participating in developing and improving work methods and processes. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a team player with great dedication and a desire to develop. You thrive in a production environment where collaboration and quality are important parts of daily work. We would like you to have: Previous experience in sheet metal processing or similar industrial work. Experience with edge pressing (a plus). Good ability to read and understand technical drawings. Forklift certification. Traveling crane certification is a plus. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and communicative. You contribute with a positive attitude and have a natural drive to find smarter and better ways of working together with your colleagues. Application Process You will be employed by Skill and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment starts by mutual agreement and is typically initiated for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension or takeover by the client.
