Your Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC-controlled sheet metal presses for bending sheet metal and metal materials according to drawings and work orders.
Select and install the correct tools and perform machine adjustments based on material, thickness, dimensions, bending angles, and processing requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, CNC programs, measurements, tolerances, and production documentation.
Perform test bending, measure parts, and adjust machine parameters to achieve correct dimensions, angles, and quality.
Monitor the bending process and ensure that parts are manufactured according to specified requirements and specifications.
Handle, mark, and sort finished bent parts and ensure correct material flow to subsequent production steps.
Maintain and care for sheet metal presses, tools, and work area, and follow procedures for safety, work environment, and organization.
Your Profile
You are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. You enjoy technical and practical work in a production environment, have a good sense of measurements and angles, and work both independently and as part of a team.
