Having relevant education/experience in cold kitchen work and knowledge of food safety is a requirement. In your role as Cold Kitchen Manager, you participate in menu planning and development of our offerings and have an understanding of kitchen economics, raw material handling, and efficient working methods. You ensure that our routines and working methods are followed. You are also responsible for introducing and training new employees and help create a positive, professional, and well-functioning work environment together with your colleagues in the operation.
