About the Position As a cold station cook/dishwasher with us, you are responsible for preparing cold dishes and accompaniments before service and for dishwashing in the kitchen, ensuring the kitchen maintains a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency during busy periods. Responsibilities: Prepare and arrange cold dishes, appetizers, and accompaniments Handle dishwashing and kitchen cleaning continuously during service Maintain mise en place organization and food inventory Work closely with chefs and other kitchen and service staff Follow our hygiene and food safety procedures Employment Type: Permanent, full-time Working Hours: Scheduled shifts; evenings and weekends included Start Date: Immediate Salary: According to collective agreement (HRF/Visita) Employer: Antris AB (Primitivo Italian Cuisine) Workplace: Kungstensgatan 55, Vasastan, Stockholm What We're Looking For Experience from similar work in a restaurant kitchen, preferably as a cold station cook and/or dishwasher Able to stay calm under pressure and maintain composure during high-tempo periods Cooperative, flexible, and easy to work with Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and organization Can work evenings and weekends Speak and understand Swedish or English well enough to communicate in the kitchen It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in an Italian restaurant or are familiar with similar work pace.
