As a cold kitchen cook, you deliver a first-class dining experience with a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. Your work day is both varied and independent – from preparing chia pudding and sourdough sandwiches for breakfast, to preparing lunch and occasionally for evening events. Your main work tasks include: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in the cold kitchen. Receive deliveries and place orders. Support colleagues in the hot kitchen when needed. Contribute to menu planning and ideas for sustainable solutions. Who are you? We're looking for someone who shares our passion for sustainability, green flavors, and world-class service. You are organized and responsible, while also being good at collaborating and creating a positive work environment. You enjoy working independently, but also have a strong team spirit and contribute to the team reaching common goals. We see that you have: Several years of experience working in the restaurant industry, especially in cold kitchens. Restaurant training or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. An advantage, but not a requirement, is interest or experience in hot kitchens.
