Do you want to work in one of Sweden's most beautiful settings? We're looking for a cold bar server/kitchen assistant for our Castle Café to strengthen our team during the busiest part of the summer season, while our permanent staff member is on parental leave. Stora Sundby is a thriving farm with a café, farm shop, hunting services, and visitor activities. In our kitchen, we work with a focus on quality, excellent ingredients, and creating a wonderful experience for our guests. About the Role You will be involved in preparations and production for the café's daily operations. Your tasks will include: Preparing sandwiches, salads, and simple dishes Preparing and handling ingredients Restocking and preparing items for service Maintaining order, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen Collaborating with café and serving staff We're Looking for You Have experience from a café, restaurant, cold bar, or similar environment Enjoy working with food and ingredients Are meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others Previous experience from a café, restaurant, or cold bar is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
