About the position: We are looking for you with several years of experience from a production or estimating role within the construction industry, preferably in foundation work. You will also have support from colleagues and managers, and there is an opportunity to have a mentor. We work with a wide range of exciting projects in the southern region, with our office based in Malmö. As an estimator with us, you primarily work with estimates and bid preparation, with a focus on piling and sheet piling. You become a key person in the early stages of projects and are responsible for: Market monitoring and proactive work in identifying new business opportunities Contact with customers and subcontractors Review of project materials and drawings Developing bid and contract estimates as well as production estimates Review and analysis of project requirements Documentation and follow-up of ongoing and completed projects Supporting the site manager in procurement work and estimate-related questions in the project Supporting production on matters concerning production planning and project economics Requirements for the position: Technical or business education as a university engineer or equivalent Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience with construction projects About you: You have a professional and trustworthy approach and are good at communicating and collaborating. You are curious and open-minded, and both understand and appreciate the value of building and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally. You are a problem-solver with strong numerical and analytical abilities. You are organized and good at planning and driving your work forward toward set goals and deadlines.
