Estimator - Traffic Control Solutions

BUKO is now seeking an estimator who wants to be part of developing our Swedish operations. In this role, you will work closely with customers, develop estimates and solutions, and be responsible for projects from inquiry to delivery. About the Role As an estimator with us, you will have a central role in the organization where you support the entire Swedish team with estimation work, bids, and project management. Often our customers come to us with a need or challenge rather than a ready-made solution. This means you need to analyze the conditions, develop the best solution, and ensure that the project can be executed in an efficient and safe manner. The role involves daily contact with customers and close collaboration with colleagues in the organization. You will work both strategically and operatively throughout the entire project process. Your Responsibilities Support the organization with bid preparation and quote development Prepare cost estimates for traffic control and infrastructure projects Participate in bid meetings and estimate reviews Price solutions When required by the business, also manage your own projects from inquiry to completion Develop solution proposals based on customer needs Support the sales and project team during the bidding phase to ensure delivery, quality, and profitability Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has experience from the traffic control industry and enjoys a role where business acumen and problem-solving come together.
