We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in estimating work within the ground and construction industry. If you have somewhat shorter experience but the right background and drive, that could also be interesting. The role encompasses the entire process – from tender documentation to project start – and our projects vary in size up to approximately 100 MSEK. Tasks Monitor tender portals and plan tender work. Prepare estimate calculations and documentation, obtain and evaluate quotes. Present estimates in joint tender reviews. Project support during startup of new projects and ongoing in current projects with change orders (changes, additions, and omission work), procurement, and scheduling. Qualifications Requirements Post-secondary building technical background or longer relevant experience. 5 years of experience as an estimator within ground construction and infrastructure. Experience with the estimating software MAP (or other estimating programs such as Bidcon). Tender experience and understanding of contract law. Quantity takeoffs with technical descriptions and AMA/MER. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Driver's license category B. Meritorious Good experience with Bluebeam and Excel. Breadth from roles as work supervisor, site manager, site leader, surveyor/measurement technician, contract engineer, or skilled tradesperson. Experience from production with change order management, procurement, and scheduling.
