JURIST
(State Civil Service Official Position)
If you are interested in drafting and implementing legislation, wish to provide legal support in the implementation of climate, energy, and environmental policy, and ensure the legality of the Ministry's operations, we invite you to join the Climate and Energy Ministry team!
WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH providing support in planning the Ministry's priorities, tasks, and activities, facilitating their quality implementation. Participate in drafting the Ministry's legal acts and conduct their preliminary legal assessment. Prepare draft opinions of the Ministry on legal act initiatives and proposals. Supervise the implementation of administrative procedures in the Ministry, ensuring the legality of the process. Represent the Ministry's interests and positions in legal disputes.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
academic or second-level professional higher education in law;
legal work experience of at least two years;
understanding of the structure and principles of public administration; desired work experience in a public administration institution and representation in litigation proceedings;
knowledge and experience in administrative procedures, drafting internal regulations, decisions and contracts, inter-agency agreements and other legal act projects;
experience in drafting policy planning documents and legal act projects; desired knowledge and practical work experience in the field of environmental law;
good English language skills (performance of job duties may include work with documents in English);
ability to work simultaneously with large and diverse volumes of information, setting priorities while maintaining work quality;
competencies - ability to work both in a team and independently, good communication skills, focus on achieving results, analytical thinking and ethics;
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
