Job Duties: 1. ensure organization of public procurement and procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Law; 2. develop procurement procedure documentation; 3. review, edit, and prepare drafts of procurement regulations and their annexes, request and compile necessary documents (work orders, technical specifications, work volumes/estimates, etc.); 4. provide consultations to municipal employees regarding procurement execution, organization, and contract conclusion; 5. develop procurement contracts, prepare agreements on amendments to them; 6. administer the course of procurement proceedings and publish procurement results in the Electronic Procurement System in accordance with regulatory requirements and in the Procurement Supervision Bureau's Publication Management System (e-forms). Requirements for Candidates: 1. Higher education in legal sciences; 2. Knowledge of public procurement regulatory framework; 3. State language proficiency at the highest (C2) level; 4. Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs and document management systems; 5. Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, initiative, positive attitude toward work; 6. Analytical thinking, precision, high sense of responsibility; 7. Ability to work in a team; 8. Ability to plan work time, set priorities, and take responsibility for work results; 9. At least 1 year of work experience in the public procurement field, as well as experience working with the Electronic Procurement System and the Procurement Supervision Bureau's Publication Management System, will be considered an advantage.
