We expect you to have: compliance with the requirements of Section 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education in law with a lawyer qualification (students in master's programs may also apply); knowledge of administrative law, administrative procedure law, civil procedure law and knowledge of constitutional law; knowledge of legal document drafting and formatting; professional experience working as a lawyer or in the court system; high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and analytical work abilities; ability to speak publicly and argue your opinion persuasively; excellent computer skills; analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and teamwork.
