Main job duties:
1. Prepare contracts and other documents, internal and external regulatory acts;
2. Review submitted documents and contracts for compliance with applicable laws;
3. Conduct legal review of municipal council decision drafts;
4. Provide legal opinions and legal consultations to the council, committees, commissions, working groups, and municipal institution employees;
5. Consider submissions from legal and natural persons, prepare responses and legal opinions;
6. Participate in dispute resolution, represent municipal interests in state and municipal institutions. Draft litigation documents.
Requirements for applicants:
1. Second-level higher education in law;
2. Excellent knowledge of the state language in accordance with the highest (C level, 1st degree) requirement;
3. Good interpersonal skills, precision, and high sense of responsibility;
4. Ability to legally analyze, argue, and interpret legal norms;
5. Ability to prepare documents and regulatory acts;
6. Ability to express and defend opinion on matters within competence;
7. Ability to work with MS Windows operating system, necessary MS Office programs, internet browser, and office equipment.
