You have:
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
an academic master's degree in law or second-level professional higher education in law with acquired professional legal qualification, or an academic bachelor's degree in law;
at least one year of professional experience in the field of public procurement, including in the development of procurement documentation projects;
professional experience in legal work will be considered an advantage;
understanding of the legal system in Latvia and the European Union;

Your main responsibilities will be:
ensure the development and updating of external regulatory act drafts and internal procedures in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union;
develop regulatory acts and documents provided for in regulatory acts in the field of public procurement;
provide legal support in conducting procurement procedures, as well as participate in procurement preparation and implementation;
ensure the compilation and analysis of information submitted by candidates and prepare reports on procurements carried out;
prepare contract drafts for the fulfillment of project implementation obligations;
consider submissions from funding recipients regarding planned changes in projects and coordinate approval of changes;
ensure project implementation monitoring and control, conduct random inspections at project implementation sites;
provide legal support to the Agency's structural units and perform other legal tasks in accordance with the Agency's and Administrative Department's competence.
