We are a law firm specializing in corporate law and offer a varied work environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop. We primarily assist law firms and audit firms with review and preparation of corporate documents, act as representatives in registration matters at Bolagsverket, sell shelf companies, and provide rapid liquidation services. About the Position As an assistant with us, you work with two main areas: administration and sales of shelf companies. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy responsibility, variety in tasks, and thrive in a work flow where the pace varies. You will work independently, but always with the support of helpful colleagues. Your Responsibilities Handle orders of shelf companies, which includes preparing transfer documents, drafting corporate documents in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, and issuing invoices The role includes ongoing customer contact and follow-up Administer cases for lawyers and paralegals Case initiation to Bolagsverket Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and messages Who Are You? You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in speech and writing and have a natural client focus.
