SIA "Komunālserviss "TILDe"" (reg. no. 50103420091) invites applications for the position of "LEGAL ASSISTANT" on an indefinite basis Main job duties: 1. develop and prepare legal documents on behalf of the company's legal counsel as required for matters related to property management or other functions delegated by the municipality, 2. prepare documents for submission to court or other authorities in connection with property management or utility payment arrears, 3. prepare and review contracts with business partners and organize the contract execution process, 4. prepare personnel documentation, such as employment contracts, agreements, and orders in accordance with the Labor Law and other legal acts governing employment relations, 5. organize public procurement and prepare the required documentation package for its announcement, participate in procurement commissions. Requirements for candidates: - academic higher education or first-level professional higher education in law (or current final-year student), - ability to independently plan and organize your work and ensure its completion within set deadlines, - accuracy in work performance, high sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
