State Fire and Rescue Service invites candidates to apply for the position of Legal Consultant at the Procurement and Support Management Department, Procurement Division (position code 2619 01) work location - Talejas iela 1, Riga Requirements for candidates: at least first-cycle higher professional education in legal sciences; knowledge in the field of public procurement (professional experience working with public procurements will be considered an advantage); desirable practical work experience in jurisprudence; ability to work with office software (Microsoft Office); state language proficiency corresponding to C2 level; excellent communication skills; independently registered and active secure electronic signature (eParaksts mobile or eID card). Position responsibilities: prepare procurement documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements; publish procurement documentation on websites in accordance with regulatory requirements; develop procurement contract drafts; participate in the work of procurement commissions; record procurement commission meetings; evaluate procurement proposals, prepare and compile proposal evaluation results.
