As a technician at Eltel, you will work with cable routing and installation of cable trays. An experienced technician will be on-site for guidance. A large part of the work involves laying cable outdoors underground. Additionally, you will install access points in ceilings or on walls. Initially, fiber will be spliced by an experienced technician, while you will handle CAT6 cable terminations (standard data network), with opportunities for more responsibilities over time. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will begin with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of extension/permanent employment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a strong work ethic. You enjoy working physically, are handy, and have a positive attitude toward taking on practical tasks. It's important that you are focused in your work and have the willingness to learn. As a person, you are also organized and thorough in your work. Experience in network technology is a merit, for example through education or previous practical experience. A B-category driver's license is a requirement. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed through StudentConsulting and will then work on-site for Eltel.
