Are you ready to shape the future with confidence? As a junior consultant in Technology Risk at EY, you'll become part of a team at the intersection of technology, business, and risk. You'll quickly begin helping customers secure their information management and meet regulatory requirements. You'll develop expertise in IT auditing, internal controls, and cybersecurity—with support from experienced colleagues in an inclusive culture. We're looking for you if you're a recent graduate in systems science, cybersecurity, engineering, or business administration, and you want to start your career with us in August 2027—with the possibility of an earlier start date. The position is located in Stockholm or Gothenburg. The Opportunity: your next adventure awaits You'll work with a diverse client portfolio in both the private and public sectors, and participate in national as well as international projects. As a consultant, you'll be a key person in advising on IT internal controls, auditing, regulatory compliance, IT governance, and cybersecurity. You'll conduct risk analyses, evaluate IT processes, and propose improvements. In a dynamic environment, you'll address questions like: What risks come with AI and automation? How reliable are cloud service providers' controls? How is customer data protected at third parties? Your analytical ability is crucial for meeting these challenges and delivering secure solutions. Qualifications: Relevant university degree (such as IT, information security, systems science, computer science, engineering, law, cybersecurity, or business administration) High language proficiency in speaking and writing, in both Swedish and English Merits: Master's degree is a merit Relevant IT technical competence (such as business systems management, operating systems, databases) or knowledge of IT risk and information security (e.g., CoBiT, ITIL, ISO27001, and NIST) is a merit As a person: Interest and understanding of IT risks and technology A responsive team player with ambition to be high-performing Communicative with strong ability to work in teams Curious and entrepreneurial An aptitude for managing change Detail-oriented Responsible and proactive What we offer you Continuous learning: You develop mindsets and skills that help you navigate into the future.
