We are looking for a junior recruiter who wants to combine recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding with the opportunity to influence how we attract future senior workers. You will work with high-volume recruiting across our offices in Sweden and actively seek new ways to reach and attract seniors and retirees to Veterankraft. This is a role for someone who thrives on taking own initiatives, is driven, and dares to test new approaches to reach the right people. About the Role As a junior recruiter at Veterankraft, you are the hub of our veteran recruitment. You work with high-volume recruiting for our offices in Sweden and are responsible for continuously building our pool of new Veterans. You are responsible for driving recruitment processes forward, placing new Veterans according to office needs, and managing all candidate communication throughout the process. You will have a central role in ensuring that the recruitment process maintains pace and that Veterans are available when operations need them. Beyond operational recruitment work, you will actively work on employer branding and attracting new Veterans. This includes, for example, building new partnerships with organizations, companies, and associations where seniors are located, as well as finding new creative ways to reach our target group. This may involve some travel where you may need to visit our local offices or other partners to establish collaborations. The role includes, among other things: Writing and publishing job ads to attract new Veterans Screening applications and conducting phone interviews Booking candidates for the next steps in the process and maintaining organization and structure throughout Having ongoing dialogue with offices across Sweden to ensure needs and delivery Driving employer branding and actively finding new ways and methods to reach and attract seniors and retirees Seeking out and establishing new partnerships with associations and organizations that reach our target group You will work from our headquarters in central Stockholm, and working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00. Who We're Looking For We believe that you have recruitment experience and have independently driven recruitment processes. You are someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and quickly builds long-term relationships and trust. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are curious, take initiative, and enjoy learning new things. We believe that you: Have 1-2 years of recruitment experience Have an academic degree in HR, personnel science, or equivalent Can easily manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Are accustomed to working operationally, juggling many tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment Take responsibility, are efficient, and prioritize things correctly Are goal-oriented and enjoy working toward set objectives Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing About Us Veterankraft is part of the KEYTO Group and one of Sweden's leading providers for seniors who want to work.
