What the Role Entails
As a junior support technician at Azeo, you will initially work part-time. You likely have other primary activities such as studies or other part-time work. How you work varies depending on season, workload, and staffing at Azeo, but we appreciate it if you work regularly at least a certain number of hours per month to stay updated on what we deliver to our customers.
You will:
Handle incoming requests via phone, mobile app, web form, and Teams
Resolve user questions regarding folders, access rights, licenses, viruses, and hardware
Work with standardized Microsoft installations that are rolled out to all customers
Collaborate with colleagues in first-, second-, and third-line support
Be a sounding board for our customers and help ensure their IT runs smoothly
If there is an upcoming need, there are good opportunities to increase your working hours and explore the possibility of permanent employment. Initially, this is a consultant arrangement where you will be employed by 2Complete as a consultant and work at Azeo as needed and by agreement. Azeo is located in bright, modern offices in central Stockholm.

Have completed or are currently pursuing vocational school (YH) education or IT gymnasium
Are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy talking with people
Have an interest in Microsoft products and cloud services
Want a first workplace where you can grow and learn a lot
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
Enjoy working in a team where speed and service are in focus
