Responsibilities As a junior service technician/mechanic at Kalmar Solutions, you'll work on service, troubleshooting, and repair of trucks and construction equipment. You'll be introduced to the company's products, processes, and technical solutions while working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development. You will, among other things: - Perform service and maintenance on trucks and construction equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems - Work together with experienced technicians and develop your skills - Take on more service assignments as you grow in the role - Document completed work in the company's systems - Interact with customers and contribute to a professional service experience Work is performed in a workshop environment at Gothenburg Port. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities - Upper secondary education in mechanics or equivalent practical experience, such as from work or as a hobby - Fluent Swedish skills, both verbal and written - Class B driver's license Perhaps you've just graduated from a technical or mechanics program, or you've gained technical experience through work or a strong passion for tinkering and understanding how things work. Regardless of background, we're looking for someone who wants to learn, develop, and build on their interest in technology. As a person, you're curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy hands-on work, are thorough, and appreciate working collaboratively with others.
