Northpower Steel Halls is now seeking a junior assembler who wants to develop with us. You don't need previous experience with steel halls or assembly – what matters most is that you are driven, curious, and have the will to learn.
You will learn the trade from the ground up alongside our experienced assemblers on our construction projects. Through practical work and mentoring, you will gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.
Job Duties
As a junior assembler, you will become part of our assembly teams and work with the assembly of steel halls throughout Sweden. The work is practical, varied, and you will have the opportunity to develop in several areas of assembly.
You will, among other things, learn:
• Assembly of steel structures
• Installation of roof and wall systems
• Use of hand tools and machines
• Work with lifts and other equipment
• Blueprint reading and understanding of building construction
You will work together with our experienced assemblers who support you daily and help you develop into an independent assembler.

We are looking for someone who is driven, hardworking, and enjoys practical work. You don't need to know everything from the start – the right attitude, curiosity, and the will to learn are what matter most to us.
Maybe you just graduated from high school, have experience from practical work, or simply want to change direction and learn a new trade. Regardless of background, what matters most to us is that you are curious, engaged, and want to develop.

Requirements
· B-level driver's license
· Basic knowledge of Swedish – you need to be able to understand and communicate orally in Swedish
· Ability to work on projects throughout Sweden
Meritorious – but not required
If you have experience or training in any of the following, it is meritorious, but not required:
• Construction or assembly
• Steel structures or steel halls
• Machine operation, for example wheel loader or telehandler
• Sheet metal work
• Welding
• Lifts or other work machines

Your base will be at our facilities with our own workshop in Haninge in southern Stockholm. We estimate that you will work approximately 50% of your time in the Stockholm area and the remaining time at construction sites around the country. We offer paid travel, free accommodation, and meal allowance when you work in a location different from your place of residence.
