Ready to leave the hard hat at home, but not the industry?
You know what it's like on a construction site. You can talk to the carpenter, electrician, and site manager without blinking. But right now you feel like you want to use that knowledge in a new way – maybe you're our next junior recruiter!
We're looking for someone who is:
Familiar with the construction industry, for example through education in building and construction, and curious about recruitment and staffing
Self-driven, unpretentious, driven, and eager to learn
Agile and solution-oriented when conditions change
Relationship-building and comfortable interacting with different types of people
Structured and likes to keep track of your processes
What does the job involve?
As a recruiter, you'll become an important part of our construction team and work closely with colleagues, candidates, consultants, and over time, customers as well.
Write and publish job postings
Review applications and conduct interviews
Match the right person to the right assignment
Maintain ongoing contact with candidates throughout the process
Check references and handle the administration that goes with it
You don't need to be a construction expert, but you should be able to have genuine conversations with people in the industry, understand what different roles entail, and sense what it takes to make a good match. That's exactly the instinct your background has already given you.
About Submit
We are an established company that has existed for 10 years and work primarily with staffing and recruitment in construction and other blue-collar segments. We value strong and personal relationships that result in sustainable results.
We are a group of different personalities who bring ourselves to the table and have a quick sense of humor. We take the work seriously, but maybe not ourselves as much. Here it should be easy to come up with ideas, ask questions, and be yourself.
We've had strong growth in recent years and are currently in a continued development phase where we constantly find new ways forward.
We believe in freedom with responsibility and in giving people the space to take their own initiatives, develop, have influence, and help shape how we work going forward.
