We are now looking for a junior accounting specialist at a fast-growing company in Stockholm. About the Role As a junior accounting specialist, you will be an important part of the company's finance function and work closely with both colleagues in finance and other parts of the business. The role suits you if you have already built a solid foundation in accounting and now want to continue developing in a broader and more business-oriented role. You will work with, among other things: Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable Invoicing and payments in and out Account reconciliations and continuous quality assurance of accounting Participation in monthly and annual financial statements Accounting and reporting according to K3 Financial reporting and follow-up Continuous improvement and development of routines and processes within the finance function You will be part of a small and engaged accounting team where you have the opportunity to continue building your accounting skills together with more experienced colleagues. The ambition is also that you will gradually be able to take greater independent responsibility as you grow into the role. The position is a direct employment with our client with an initial six-month probationary period. The role is located at the client's office in central Stockholm. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have worked approximately 2–4 years with accounting and who now want to continue developing in a broad finance role. You may, for example, currently work as an accounting specialist, junior accounting specialist, or accounting consultant. To be a candidate, we see that you: Have approximately 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience Have practical experience with accounting according to K3 Have experience with ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement work Have relevant education in finance/accounting from university, college, or vocational school (YH) Have good system skills and an interest in developing and streamlining finance processes Have strong Excel skills Speak and write Swedish and English fluently We place great emphasis on personality and are looking for a driven, ambitious, and analytical person who wants to continue developing in accounting. You are thorough and structured but at the same time curious, unpretentious, and willing to help where needed.
