We are now looking for a junior project engineer who wants to help plan and design fiber networks within existing contracts. You don't need to know everything from the start. What matters most to us is that you have the right attitude, strong drive, and the willingness to learn.
As a project engineer, you are responsible for planning and designing fiber solutions within a geographic area. You will be an important part of the process from planning to completed documentation for production and contractors.
This role suits you if you enjoy staying organized, collaborating with others, and solving problems. You will be in contact with colleagues, landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders, which means no two days are the same.
The work is a combination of office work and field visits, where you get to work administratively and also go out to develop an understanding of the projects.
Examples of work tasks
Design and draw fiber networks within existing contracts
Prepare documentation and materials for production
Conduct site visits and simple surveying
Communicate with landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders
Handle permits and administrative documentation
Support project managers and colleagues on ongoing projects
Ensure that documentation and project materials are correct and up to date

Requirements
B-class driver's license, as travel is part of the job.
Good Swedish skills in speech and writing
High school diploma
Meritorious
Experience in administration, planning, or project work
Knowledge of fiber, telecom, or GIS
Experience with CAD or other design software
