Their facility in Uddevalla is Sweden's largest manufacturing plant for prefabricated concrete elements. Responsibilities As a junior project manager, you are responsible for assigned projects from initiation to completion, ranging from smaller to larger projects. Your responsibilities include driving and following up on project work within health, safety, environment, quality, delivery, and economics. Tasks include delivering according to agreements established between the company and the client, establishing schedules for design, production, assembly, and handover of project components together with the client. You continuously monitor the project schedule, financial targets, and agreements and contracts with subcontractors and clients. You report to the project manager and work closely with other project managers and the assembly department. Upon start, you will be offered thorough introductory training where you will shadow a project manager and take responsibility for smaller projects, gradually taking on responsibility for larger projects. Responsible for assigned projects from initiation to completion Drive and follow up on project work within health, safety, environment, quality, delivery, and economics Deliver according to agreements and establish schedules for design, production, assembly, and handover of project components together with the client Monitor schedules, financial targets, and agreements and contracts with subcontractors and clients Report to project manager and work closely with other project managers and the assembly department Thorough introductory training and shadowing of a project manager Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Academic degree as a civil engineer Work experience from project work is advantageous Work experience from the concrete industry is advantageous Knowledge of construction law is advantageous Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car As a person, you get energy from meeting new people and enjoy having many contact points.
