About the Position: As a junior project coordinator, you will become an important link between production, project management, and quality. You will help maintain the flow when finished hardware needs to be handled between project rooms, storage, rigs, and receiving operations. By following up on materials and activities, you contribute to deliveries being executed according to plan. The work combines practical and administrative tasks. You move around the operations, inspect materials, and follow up on deliveries while documenting, coordinating information, and driving smaller activities forward. Through close collaboration with experienced project managers, you will have the opportunity to develop within project management and build a broad understanding of technical deliveries. As the operations and deliveries grow, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility within project coordination. Responsibilities: - Receive, inventory, and move hardware and other materials - Handle materials between production, project rooms, storage, and rigs - Ensure that the right materials are in the right place before delivery - Check quality, marking, labels, and packaging - Follow up on delivery protocols and items blocking a delivery - Contact relevant people and drive activities forward - Ensure that materials are sent to the recipient on time - Support internal projects by developing and coordinating repair and maintenance documentation We Are Looking For You As: - Have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in areas such as technology, project management, logistics, or production - Have 1-3 years of work experience from a coordinating, technical, or operational role - Are interested in project management and want to develop in this field - Enjoy combining practical work with documentation and follow-up It is advantageous if you have experience from a larger technical organization and have worked with hardware, material flows, production, or technical deliveries. Experience with project support, project coordination, or documentation is also relevant. As a person, you take initiative and like to help where the need is greatest. You are practical, unpretentious, and comfortable contacting new people to gather information or drive an activity forward. Because this role has many contact points, you need to be able to create good collaborations and navigate between different parts of the organization. You thrive in a varied day-to-day where priorities can sometimes change quickly and where all work methods are not yet fully established. About the Position: This is a consultant assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant for our customer. This position is covered by security clearance.
