About the Role In the role of Product Developer, you will work broadly and practically with the development and design of Climator's products, with a focus on the end product. You will participate with the team throughout the entire product development chain, from idea and concept to prototype, production, and follow-up. The work includes, among other things: Operational support for R&D as well as quality, environment, and sustainability departments. Participation in product development and design of new and existing products, often in consultation with the marketing department. Development of prototypes, testing of solutions, and documentation and evaluation of results. Optimization and further development of existing products. Material tracking and monitoring, including supplier contacts. Validation of new and existing products. Project management in cross-functional projects, internally and together with suppliers. Technical customer contact, including training and evaluation of products at customer sites. Participate and actively contribute to matters regarding improvements, quality, environment, and production issues. In this role, you report to the Quality Manager. Who are we Looking For? As a person, you are problem-solving and analytical with the ability to quickly grasp technical issues. You are curious, proactive, and take natural responsibility for your work. With a creative and hands-on approach, you enjoy testing, building, and developing solutions in practice. You are flexible and comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel while working in a structured manner and having good experience documenting your work. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and thrive in an organization characterized by strong team spirit and close collaboration. Qualifications Basic knowledge of materials science and the product development process Basic technical and chemical understanding Experience with project management Good administrative ability Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious Post-secondary education in construction, product development, industrial design, or similar Experience with prototype development Knowledge of thermodynamics, insulation, or cooling principles Drawing reading and creation of drawings, such as CAD Understanding of sustainability in product development What Can Climator Offer You?
