Please note that this position requires you to undergo and pass a security clearance. About the Role As a junior operative buyer, you work closely with production, planning, and development. You're responsible for daily procurement flows and ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time—often for projects with high demands on quality and documentation. You'll gain insight into technically advanced products and quickly learn how procurement impacts the entire chain from development to delivery. You may work with: Placing orders and order confirmations for technical components and materials Delivery monitoring and deviation management related to critical project deliveries Material planning based on forecasts, production plans, and project needs Ongoing supplier contacts, both nationally and internationally Updating article data, prices, and supplier information in business systems Support with simple price negotiations and recurring purchases Documentation management and traceability in security-critical environments Contributing to improvement efforts in procurement processes and procedures Your Profile We're looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and comfortable in technically advanced environments. You enjoy having many contact points, handling details, and ensuring that projects run as they should. We'd like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in procurement, logistics, engineering, economics, or equivalent Experience in operative procurement, order handling, or material planning is a merit Interest in technology and complex products Good knowledge of Swedish and English Experience with business systems and Excel As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and ways of working.
