The assignment is initially time-limited with a possible opportunity for extension. About the role As a Quality & Sustainability Coordinator, you will have a central role in the company's quality and sustainability work. You are responsible for developing and maintaining the company's processes, coordinating improvement work, and helping the organization continue to meet high quality and environmental requirements. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with production, management, and the rest of the organization. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the role based on the company's needs and your own expertise. Key responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Maintain and further develop operational processes related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Coordinate and follow up on internal, external, and supplier-related deviations and drive improvement measures. Participate in customer, supplier, and internal audits. Participate in improvement and development projects. Document, update, and develop processes and procedures. Be responsible for maintenance and development of the company's PDM system and support and train users. We are looking for someone who Has a strong interest in quality, environmental, and sustainability work. Preferably has experience from the manufacturing industry. Has secondary education in, for example, engineering, natural sciences, or another relevant field. Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have experience with: Office packages. Business systems, preferably Monitor or similar. Deviation management. PDM systems. Working according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
