The Digitalization Department consists of 65 employees. The department works with digital development, system administration, IT infrastructure, architecture, data networks, system integrations, e-services, and service & support.
We are now looking for you to become our new colleague and work as a Junior Requirements Analyst within the Digital Development unit.
Your responsibilities
As a Junior Requirements Analyst, you will work to gather, analyze, and document business needs related to digital development and improved working methods. You support the work by developing clear and structured requirements and serve as a link between business and IT. You participate in requirements meetings, process mapping, and the development of documentation and decision-making materials. The role also involves contributing to ensuring that solutions are designed with consideration for business value, user needs, information management, and relevant regulations. A central part of the role is also participating in the evaluation of incoming bids, so you will have a key role and contribute throughout the procurement process—from analysis to evaluation of incoming bids.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in systems science, informatics, IT, public administration, or another field that the employer deems relevant
• Basic understanding of requirements management and system development
• Good ability to document and structure information
• Basic understanding of business processes and how digital solutions support operations
• Basic understanding of public administration, information management, and personal data
• Experience from work, internship, trainee program, project, or studies where information has been gathered, analyzed, compiled, or documented
• Experience working in a structured manner with materials, documentation, or administration
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, such as business representatives, customers, or project groups
• Good ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
We also see it as an advantage if you have:
• Advanced courses in requirements management or business analysis
• Knowledge of agile working methods
• Knowledge of process mapping and modeling methods, such as BPMN or UML
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Knowledge of testing, quality assurance, or user-centered development or accessibility in digital services
• Knowledge of public information, confidentiality, data protection, or information security
• Experience with requirements work, needs analysis, or process mapping
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, process descriptions, or other business-related documentation
• Experience working in environments with high demands on documentation, traceability, and information management
• Experience from IT, digitalization, or change projects
• Experience working at the interface between business and IT
We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and collaboration-oriented. You have a good ability to communicate, understand needs, and translate them into clear requirements. Since the role is within public administration, it is also important that you are compliance-aware and work carefully within the given frameworks and guidelines.
