With our consulting, companies can reflect their strategic decisions in their financial reports. As a junior consultant in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, FAAS, you will work on varied client assignments alongside experienced colleagues and specialists. The opportunity: your next adventure awaits As a consultant, you will work closely with clients early on, take responsibility in projects and develop a broad understanding of financial reporting and business management. Your responsibilities will include, for example, the following: Participate in project teams during IPO preparations, including coordination and budget monitoring Conduct gap analyses for companies preparing for listing (IPO Readiness) Map and improve financial processes for increased efficiency and strengthened internal controls Transition from Swedish GAAP to IFRS accounting framework Consult on how our clients' transactions should best be recorded, such as new revenue streams, intangible assets, business acquisitions and mergers, impairment, etc. Analysis and recommendations regarding the design of financial reports Transaction-related financial reporting matters What we are looking for Qualifications University/college degree in economics, preferably with a focus on external accounting or finance Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written Analytical and solution-oriented with sharp critical thinking An interest in working in and driving projects The ability to build trust and relationships and appreciate working in a team Proactive attitude, curious and able to drive yourself forward Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Meritorious Master's degree Good academic credentials, relevant work experience, studies abroad and/or engagement outside of studies Experience applying AI to create business value and streamline processes What EY offers you Continuous learning: You develop mindsets and skills that help you navigate into the future.
